Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Partnering with the hiring team to understand the requirement/job description
2. Working on diversified domains (IT, non-IT, ITeS, engineering, automotive, aerospace, etc.)
3. Strategizing sourcing to ensure appropriate candidates are identified (primary resources to depend on the database, job portals, social networking, referrals, headhunting, etc.)
4. Screening, evaluating, and matching qualified resumes to job specifications from the client
5. Performing phone interviews to filter candidates that meet the job specification (assessing candidates for relevant experience, interest to switch, and other hygiene checks)
6. Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
7. Submitting appropriate profiles for hiring a team from client/client
8. Coordinating for the interview process with the hiring team from the client
9. Following up on the interview status with both the client and the candidate
