About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with the CXOs and HRs of start-ups and corporates to cater to their recruitment needs
2. Working on strategizing the recruitment delivery roadmap for the assigned positions or companies
3. Conducting research and sourcing candidates from employment portals
4. Coordinating with clients and candidates to conduct interviews
5. Working on following up with clients and shortlisted candidates to ensure closure
