Job Description
About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and administer staffing/employment/resourcing programs
2. Work with the hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required for opening requisition(s)
3. Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
4. Surface candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
5. Pre-screen resumes and evaluate effectiveness of the candidate evaluation tools
6. Document candidate evaluation and interview process
7. Work with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns
8. May provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources
9. Develop, support and maintain campus recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs
10. May also work on highly specialized executive searches
MANDATORY SKILLS:
1. Excellent written and verbal English Language skills
2. MS Office - Word,Excel and Power point
3. Ability to multi-task efficiently
