About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process, use metrics to create reports, and identify areas of improvement
2. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
3. Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source; develop talent pool or social engagements
4. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
5. Sell the job opportunity, product, the company and convince passive candidates to consider offer proposals
6. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
7. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
8. Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
9. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities and encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
10. Suggest measures for improving employee retention
11. Manage and guide the development of corporate employment resource
12. Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process when required
