About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
2. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
3. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
4. Posting job advertisements to job boards
5. Removing job advertisements from job boards once vacancies have been filled
6. Assisting in the planning of company events
7. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
8. Coordinating new hire orientations

Other requirements
1. Must have a bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying towards a degree in human resource management or a related field
2. Must have effective communication skills and be detail-oriented
3. Must have a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
4. Must possess organizational skills
5. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
