About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create job postings for all campaigns (social media online, print, walk-ins)
2. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required
3. Organize, coordinate, plan, and document recruiting events, including walk-ins and job fairs
4. Handle the interview process
5. Pre-screen first and then interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers
