Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
2. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
3. Contacting the potential candidates and providing them with job descriptions
4. Organising interviews with shortlisted candidates
5. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled
6. Reviewing and distributing company policies in digital formats or hard copies
7. Participating in organizing company events and careers days

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 31st May'21 and 5th Jul'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. A degree from a reputed college
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with potential recruits
3. Effective time management skills and respect for deadlines
4. Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
5. Organizational skills
