About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contact references and perform background checks
2. Hire or refer qualified candidates
3. Conduct new employee orientations
4. Process paperwork
5. Participate in Planning and Development
6. Provide Employees With Career Assistance
7. Find and Recruit Employees That Advance Company Objectives
8. Serve as Leaders of Change
9. Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents
10. Resolve issues between management and employees
11. Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff
12. Oversee recruitment and hiring process
13. Direct disciplinary procedures
