About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
2. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
3. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
4. Manage employees' grievances
5. Measure employee retention and turnover rates
6. Work with the company CEO and/or director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
7. Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
