About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Partnering with Clients to determine staffing needs Screening resumes
2. Performing phone interviews with candidates
3. Administering appropriate company assessments
4. Performing reference and background checks
5. Coordinating interviews with the Clients
6. Following up on the interview process status
7. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing
goals are achieved.
8. Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
9. Completing timely reports on employment activity
10. Maintain MIS
