About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding
2. Work on active and passive candidate generation
3. Follow-up with the candidate's throughout the interview
4. Plan and structure the job advertisements on job portals
5. Conduct HR interviews to check the candidate's suitability for the requirement
6. Arrange for technical panels and coordinate at all levels of Interviews
7. Work on proactively sourcing the candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala & Indeed
