About LevelApp
Level App is an ed-tech startup focused to change the unorganized supplementary education system, it is based out of We Hub, Hyderabad. Level App is a platform where we connect students with the right set of tutors i.e we provide online learning assistance to students of different categories. The learning happens through our platform with an interactive whiteboard. This enables the students to express and exchange knowledge through the platform.
We have a wide range of tutors specialized in different curriculums and teaching methodologies.
About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with company CEO and/or director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
2. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
3. Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
4. Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
5. Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
6. Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
7. Develop necessary financial and operational reporting as needed
