About Star Advertising Agency
Our agency is for media purchases and advertising needs. Its goal is to reduce the gap between the media owners and advertisers. Now, you can book your ad from your own comfort. No need for any office visits to media owners or to the advertisers.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Sourcing through various job boards, Social Networking Sites, through references as per the requirement specifications
2.Short listing the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening, finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.
3. Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations
4.Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments/ Clients informed of the same.
5.Implement the HR Strategy in alignment with business direction.
6.Promote an organization culture that supports the overall HR strategy and company values.
7.Design talent management strategy and employee development programs (including leadership development programs, executive education drives etc.) to build employee capability as per business requirements and strategy
8.Lead performance management & rewards, learning & development, talent management and operations as per business requirements
9.Excellent communication skills.
10.Must work well under pressure and tight timelines
11.Track daily recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
12.Possess a proficiency in social media, Network recruiting.
13.Desire to increase personal income and grow professionally!

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 3 Lac/annum
