About SR Consultants
SR Consultants is a pioneer recruitment firm & started its operation in April 2019. Our director is Mr. Shubham Gehlot. He started the company with a small office working as a recruiter. Just in two years, the company achieved number one position on Facebook and LinkedIn. Currently, we have a specialized team of recruitment managers, client relationship managers, talent acquisition specialists, career counselors, trainers, and many more. Also, SR Consultants has the highest number of walk-ins in the year 2020-21 during and after the lockdown.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels, including social media and professional platforms like Monster, Indeed, etc.
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
6. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
7. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
8. Answer queries about compensation and benefits
9. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of hires).
