Job Description
1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels, including social media and professional platforms like Monster, Indeed, etc.
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
6. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
7. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
8. Answer queries about compensation and benefits
9. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th Jun'21 and 16th Jul'21
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of hires).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
