About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
2. Screening candidates' resumes and job applications
3. Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
4. Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
5. Getting new employees onboard in order to become fully integrated
6. Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices
7. Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
8. Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
9. Conducting surveys internally for getting the pulse check
