About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Updating our employee records with new hire information
2. Recruiting and screening resumes and application forms, scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
3. Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
4. Conducting employee engagement plan and activities
5. Participating in organizing company events and career days

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per recruitment).
