About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supporting an end to end recruitment & onboarding including the job posting, salary release, offer processing, joining, etc.
2. Sourcing profiles from various job portals
3. Validating the shortlisted profiles, by talking to the candidates and screening them on basic parameters like communication skills, educational eligibility, interests and preferences, current availability, and salary expectations
