About the internship
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR intern (recruitment/talent acquisition) to assist our HR department with the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, with a keen focus on outcomes and pushing things across the finish line. Above everything else, we're looking for someone with a can-do attitude who wants to work in an open environment and always finds a way to make things work.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
2. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
3. Posting new positions on job boards
4. Working proactively with other team members
5. Tracking progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
6. Promoting the company's reputation as the best place to work
7. Learning to use various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
