About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on end-to-end recruitment coordination
2. Onboarding candidates and coordinating with candidates
3. Overseeing internal coordination across departments for employee onboarding and induction
4. Setting up induction meetings
5. Supporting in sourcing through the creation of job descriptions, consulting engagements, and coordination
6. Working on the preparation of recruitment tracker, gathering and consolidation of trackers as per position/ department/ company, etc.
7. Consolidating profiles as per the role/ position/department etc.
8. Working on the preparation of recruitment updates and PPTs
