About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling end-to-end recruitment process
2. Sourcing candidates as per the requirements through various sources such as job portals - Naukri.com, Monster, TimesJobs, company web portal, references, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Managing internal recruitment
4. Coordinating interviews of shortlisted candidates
5. Arranging all types of interviews i.e., face to face, skype, telephonic, etc.
6. Conducting scheduled interviews & walk-in drives
