About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
2. Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
3. Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
4. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
5. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
6. Screen candidates resume and job applications
7. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue given to the firm).
