About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
2. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
3. Keep Glassdoor reviews updated
4. Understand job description and client requirements
5 .Post jobs on various job portals
6. Search resumes on job portals, LinkedIn, and screen candidates from those portals
7. Call candidates and explain them the job description understanding their profile
8. Engage in follow up from candidate's pre-post joining
9. Maintain MIS in excel for candidates
