About the internship
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing resumes from job sites, job groups, and references
2. Calling and scheduling candidates for interview
3. Shortlisting the candidates from the applications
4. Emailing the candidates and trying new ways to get the right candidate
5. Working on job postings on Naukri and other sites
6. Coordinating with the candidates
