Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting holistic research to understand market standards & create job profiles, assessments, interview questions & annual CTC
2. Posting the job opening on various platforms, updating the recruitment dashboard, and tracking applicants daily
3. Conducting initial screening of the candidates against the set minimum requirements and shortlisting for the assessment rounds
4. Sitting for interviews, giving feedback, and vetting the shortlisted candidates with a thorough background check
5. Creating the necessary documents, creating their P-file, and maintaining a smooth induction & onboarding process
6. Breaking down the monthly goals, OKRs, KRAs & KPIs to daily tasks to ensure high performance from all individuals
7. Researching policies and ensuring awareness of policies, procedures, and employee engagement programs
8. Editing & maintaining the employee handbook along with the employee calendar
9. Assisting in the management of the HRM system - attendance, leaves, performance review, payroll computation & compliances
10. Managing all HR documentation and maintaining all P-files of active and terminated employees with all requests and approvals
The typical daily tasks list will be categorized in the following heads:
1. Research
2. Applicant tracking & coordination
3. Executing activities
4. Monitoring the HRMS
5. Documentation & HR process integration

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum
