Job Description
1. Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
2, Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media
3. Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn)
4. Network with candidates offline during job fairs
5. Screen resumes and job applications
6. Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
7. Update clients on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates)
8. Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
9. Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
10. Keep detailed records of past applicant's information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations
11. Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them

2. can start the part time job/internship between 8th Mar'21 and 12th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Nagpur
5. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (âš 500 per lead closure).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
