About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on manpower planning, organizational structure, and SOP requirement
2. Reporting, training, and working on a key performance indicator, balanced scorecard, and technology
3. Working on payroll, appraisal, employee policies, employee valuation, motivation, retention, promotion, incentives, and rewards
4. Working on succession planning, 360 degrees feedback, safety & security
5. Planning employee exit and working on 7 steps of recruitment
