About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy,
2. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges, etc.
3. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
5. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
6. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise and maintain a leave balance
7. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
8. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
9. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
10. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
11. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
12. Cover all legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements.
13. Represent employer in the community and recruiting events
14. Answer employee questions and addresses employee concerns with the company
