About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on end-to-end recruitment to fulfill the internal requirements of the company
2. Working on job designing, job posting, and mass mailing of the jobs, as well as taking care of shortlisting the relevant profiles and processing them further for successful hiring
3. Working on day-to-day coordination with the stakeholders regarding the given positions
4. Sourcing candidates through various modes of recruitment (job-positing, job-portals, reference-pulling, head-hunting, personal-resume collection) and working on them effectively
5. Scheduling and managing monthly recruitment drives
6. Managing the database, candidate trackers and MIS reports on a daily and weekly basis
