Job Description
1. Design compensation and benefits packages & payroll.
2. Work on defining company policies and ensure updating same on time to time
3. Implement performance review procedures (quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
4. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
5. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
6. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
7. Monitor the HR department's budget
8. Manage employees' grievances
9. Create and run referral bonus programs
10. Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
11. Measure employee retention and turnover rates
12. Oversee daily operations of the HR department

1. Familiarity with human resources management systems and applicant tracking systems
2. Experience with full-cycle recruiting
3. Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
4. Demonstrable leadership abilities
5. Solid communication skills
