Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for various companies
2. Work on sourcing candidates from different social media platforms/job portals/databases etc.
3. Connect with clients' technical team to understand the requirement
4. Provide briefing to the candidates about the job profile and company profile
5. Work on lining up the shortlisted candidates for the interview
6. Negotiate with candidates on the salary part
7. Perform regular follow-ups with the candidates
8. Maintain updates of the candidates
9. Create flyers and float it on social media
10. Create multiple job groups and pages and manage them
11. Maintain the database
12. Prepare daily reports (MIS)
