Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist HR team in day to activities of recruitment. Work on lower and mid-level openings and create a recruitment pipeline
2. Administer employee satisfaction survey and suggest measures to improve the employee experience
3. Prepare HR manual
4. Prepare presentations on the HR policies and suggest benchmarking industry practices
5. Create an employee engagement program and employee welfare program and drive as many as possible
