Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Oversee the recruitment and hiring process & consult with the founders directly to identify needs and preferred qualifications
2. Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
3. Contact references and perform background checks (if required)
4. Inform applicants about job details such as their roles, responsibilities, benefits, etc.
5. Hire or refer qualified candidates
6. Conduct new employee orientations
7. Process paperwork
8. Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents
9. Conduct a weekly meeting with the already hired employees and take their feedback
10. Direct disciplinary procedures
