Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Posting jobs to appropriate job boards/Facebook groups
2. Screening candidates' resumes and job applications
3. Contacting the candidates
4. Entering & maintaining data in an Excel file
5. Following up with candidates
6. Making and maintaining a good relationship with candidates
7. Conducting 1st round of interviews
8. Preparing reports in Excel
