Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and following up till the candidate joins
2. Ensuring effective coordination between key stakeholders to plan interview funnels that are in line with advancements in hiring standards and appropriate for the positions in question
3. Using various sourcing methods including portals, references, database search to find strong candidates, screen and hire the best available internal resources
4. Screening incoming resumes and application forms
5. Engaging in end-to-end recruitment; right from sourcing the right candidate to closing the position
6. Interviewing candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
7. Handling of administration and record-keeping
