About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the client requirements and manage end to end recruitment.
2. Sourcing and calling candidates through database/job portals/social media/personal relation
3. Explaining the job role and interview processes to the candidates
4. Following up with the candidates for the interview
5. Coordinating for the various rounds of interviews
6. Supporting in onboarding formalities
