Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
2. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
3. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
4. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
5. Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled
6. Assisting in the planning of company events
7. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
8. Coordinating new hire orientations

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 9th Sep'20 and 14th Oct'20

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Candidate should be good in communication

2. Should have sound knowledge of social media and the internet

3. Should have good research skills

4. Should have a laptop/desktop with good internet connectivity

5. Should be available from 10 am to 6 pm over calls & emails for communication purpose
