Cloud Support Administrator he/she will be part of Nokia Hybrid cloud team which provides support, solution and infra related development for business. This team is responsible for supporting our customers and internal teams in delivering On-premise and cloud-based solutions (AWS & Azure)

Key Skills

Must have extensive development experience in Terraform.
Building and maintaining tools to automate application and infrastructure deployment, and to monitor operations with Terraform
Build Development and Production environment in AWS and Azure as code with Terraform
Maintain and support current and future Azure/AWS based cloud platforms and infrastructure.
Must have development experience on Python/Golang.
Deep knowledge in CI/CD with Git, PowerShell, Rest APIs, JSON
Should have work experience in Kubernetes, Docker
Should have experience in Azure DevOps (PowerShell scripting and Pipelines)
Azure IaaS (VNET, NSG, EXPRESSROUTE, Site to Site VPN, Azure Key Vault, Azure AD)
Understanding of Azure PaaS Services like Azure functions, Logic apps, Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure Storage, EventGrid, APIM service, APIM security, App Service, Auth2.0 setup & configuration.
ARM Templates development
Experience in Azure DevOps Pipelines
Certifications in Azure and AWS will be added advantage
Extensive knowledge in Linux and Windows
Strong Security Knowledge
Compute, Data storage â: Virtual instances, DB, File and block storages
Networking - VPC, ExpressRoute, Load Balancer, DNS, VPN Gateway, Application Gateway, direct connect, Transit gateway
IAM and security â IAM Roles and User Management, Multifactor Auth, Active Directory, Azure security management
Strong knowledge of the incident, change, problem management process
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Support business needs and solution architecture requirements
Manage and remediate Cloud security incidents
Monitoring and reporting
Handling incidents, changes and problems using ITIL based ticketing tools
Documenting the operational procedures and train the team
Part of 24/7 support Part of hybrid cloud support cloud activities,
Support business needs and solution architecture requirements
Manage and remediate Cloud security incidents
Continuously improve process, system and bring in more automation possibilities.
