The main duties of the employee: 

1. Knowledge and compliance with applicable provisions of the Labor Code and Work Regulations as well as provisions, instructions and ordinances regarding the entrusted work section.

2. Knowledge and compliance with applicable health and safety and fire protection regulations and instructions

3. Knowledge and compliance with the Procedures and Quality Instructions of the ISO 13485: 2016 system required for the job

4. Participation in training in the field of ISO quality system and other applicable at the position

5. Supervision over the technology of producing hygiene products (underpads, sanitary napkins, cotton buds)

6. BOM preparation in Oracle

7. Conducting research and development works related to the above mentioned products

a) implementing new production technologies

b) optimization of production processes

c) designing new products

d) supervision over the implementation of new products / technologies for production

e) testing and implementing raw materials from new suppliers and new types of raw materials

8. Preparing technological documentation for the above mentioned products

9. Maintaining contact with companies producing raw materials and materials that may be used in the production of medical devices

10. Cooperation with other departments and companies in Group TZMO S.A. related to the above mentioned products

11. Market analysis for trends in world production of the above mentioned products.

12. Support the correct flow of information in the company.

13. Compliance with work discipline.

14. Compliance with state and official secrets and company secrets.

15. Performing other tasks commissioned by superiors under applicable regulations
