Admin Associate recruitment in ICRISAT . This position is based at International Water Management Institute, New Delhi India.

Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support and secretarial services to IWMI’s New Delhi Office, Support in the organization of meetings, seminars and workshops by making timely booking the venue, assisting in preparing and sending invitations, assisting in preparing agenda and/ or background documentation.Assist in drafting of key project related letters, managing diaries, Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings, making appointments basic translation, set up contact database etc. Proficiency in English both written and spoken,Proficiency in Computer skills (MS Office, Data analysis).Should be a good team player and adaptable to working in multicultural team, Maintain program and accounting records of the project as per standard accountancy and financial procedures

Requirements: A graduate degree with demonstrated equivalent experience in secretariat. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration, preferably with an international organization. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively with agricultural research and development institutions at national, regional and international levels.

General:  This is a locally recruited position for three years, renewable based on the performance of the incumbent and the Institute’s continuing need for the position.
