Postdoctoral Fellowships In Physics And Mathematics Jobs recruitment in International Centre for Theoretical Sciences (ICTS)
Eligibility : Applications are invited from highly motivated young scientists with PhDs in theoretical physics, interdisciplinary and applied mathematics, astronomy, theoretical physical chemistry, theoretical physical biology and related fields. Individuals who have submitted their doctoral thesis are also encouraged to apply.
Salary and Benefits : For regular fellowship positions, the monthly salary structure is: 32,000 INR (for thesis submitted), 36,000 INR (PhD), 38,000 INR (PhD+1 year), and 40,000 INR (PhD + 2 years). Each fellow also receives a contingency grant of 32,000 INR per annum. In addition, the fellows are eligible for on campus accommodation (or housing allowance @30% of the honorarium) and medical benefits (identical to those currently available to the employees of NCBS-TIFR).
