Job Description

Interested and eligible candidates are requested to apply for the posts of Data Analyst in the project entitled "Genomelndia: Cataloguing the Genetic Variation in Indians" at the Indian Institute of Information Technology-Allahabad, Deoghat, Jhalwa, Prayagraj-211015, U. P. India.

1. Position: Data Analyst

2. No of Post: 01

3. Qualification and Experience:

(i) Candidate must have B.Tech/M.Sc in Bioinformatics/ Life Science / Computer Science and allied Science with demonstrable programming skills in scripting language(s) (such as Perl/Python/R).

(ii) Knowledge of Linux based operating system and shell scripting is a must.

(iii) Candidates with experience in machine learning and big data analytics are preferred.

4. Salary: Rs. 31,000/- Monthly.

Age Limit:

The upper age limit is 35 as on the date of interview. The age limit may be relaxed as per Government of India rules and regulations.
