JRF Physics Jobs opportunity in Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Allahabad on contract basis
Project Title : “Silicon Nanowires: Professional Compact Model of Scaled Thermoelectric Figure of Merit for Energy Harvesting”.
No. of Post : 01
Qualifications : M.Sc. Physics (specialization in Electronics) with one year experience/M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics with specialization in Microelectronics/VLSI Design or equivalent. Desirable Qualifications: (i) A high GATE/NET/JEST or similar other national level ranking. (ii) Good command in solid state physics/semiconductor devices/device modeling and quantum mechanics. (iii) Knowledge in MATLAB programming and working knowledge of UNIX platform/server handling.
Fellowship : Rs.25,000/- pm (Fixed).
