JRF Job vacancies in Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad (IIIT-Allahabad) on contract basis
Project Title : “Silicon Nanowires: Professional Compact Model of Scaled Thermoelectric Figure of Merit for Energy Harvesting”
No. of Post : 01
Qualifications : M.Sc. Physics (specialization in Electronics) with one year experience/M.E./M.Tech. in Microelectronics or equivalent.
Desirable : (i) A high GATE/NET/JEST or similar other national level ranking. (ii) Good command in solid state physics/semiconductor devices/device modeling and quantum mechanics. (iii) Knowledge in MATLAB programming and working knowledge of UNIX platform/server handling.
Age Limit : 28 years as on the last date of application (The upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH and women candidates).
Fellowship : Rs. 25,000/- pm (Fixed).
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on interview.
