Job Description
Research responsibilities include programming solution methodologies, which typically involves Mathematical programming, Optimization and Machine learning.
i. The research associate candidate is expected to pursue scientific research in cooperation with companies, and publish research results in scientific journals.
ii. This position is based out of Ahmedabad, India. The candidate also participates in the education program and workshops.

2. Required Qualifications & Skills:
i. Applicants should have completed an undergraduate or an MSc. degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics or a comparable domain. Fluency in English is required.
ii. The candidate must be comfortable in programming languages such as Java/C++ and R/Python. Affinity with Data Science, Operations Management or Econometrics is a plus.
iii. Research Associates are expected to work independently within the scope of their responsibilities.
3. Duration: The position will be initially offered for a period of six months and may be extended depending on performance, at the discretion of the faculty supervisor.
