Associate recruitment in IIM Calcutta Innovation Park (IIMCIP)

Requisite & Desirable Skills & Capabilities: Proven ability in planning and delivering events, outreach programmes, promotions and campaigns, Ability to network with various stakeholders in the entrepreneurship ecosystem including – academia, government departments, startups and mentors. Excellent documentation and data compilation skills, Proficiency in basic software tools like MS-Office, Willingness to travel for work purpose, Other desirable traits include – independent handling of responsibilities with minimal supervision, Ability to multi-task, Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively with key stakeholders, entrepreneurial mindset to help get things done in a small and fast evolving organization, self-driven results-oriented mindset, etc.

Qualification and Experience: Graduates with minimum Three years work experience or Post Graduates with Two or more years of relevant experience would be preferred. Candidate should have good academic record from reputed educational institutions.

Compensation: Up to INR 32,000 per month, based on expertise & experience. Other benefits like mobile expenses reimbursement and medical insurance will be as per institute’s policy.
