Job Description
Applications are invited for the post of Incharge, Fire & Safety on a part time contractual basis. Candidates who fulfill the following criteria may appear for the interview as per the details indicated below:
1. Post: Incharge, Fire & Safety
2. Qualifications & Experience Postgraduate with minimum experience of 5 years service as a Fire Station Officer or equivalent post in City Fire Brigade/ State Fire Service of State or Central Government. He should have passed Fire officer training from National Fire Service College Nagpur Persons retired as Fire Station Officer from Central / State Governments will be preferred.
Job Profile
a. Assist the Chief Engineer, CAO and other members of the Project Team in identifying the deficiencies, risks and improving the fire and safety arrangements at the Institute as per the regulations of the government, carryout visits to various locations at the Institute and submit report to the higher authorities, organize periodic Fire drills etc., carryout effective liaison with various government agencies, other works related to the Fire & Safety and other responsibilities entrusted from time to time by the higher authorities of the Institute.
b. The contract may be extended further subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate. This contract is not renewable automatically.
c. The candidate will be given consolidated honorarium only (as agreed mutually) per month during the said contract period. During the period of said contract, the candidate will not be entitled to any other benefits/ facilities. During the period of aforesaid contract period either party can terminate the services by giving one month’s notice without assigning any reason.
Pay: Negotiable (as agreed mutually)
