Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode) invites application for the position Research Associate
Eligibility: Master's Degree preferably in Human Resource Management /Industrial Relations and Personnel Management/ Industrial Psychology/ Industrial Organizational Psychology/ Applied Psychology/ Sociology/ MSW or MBA (OB/HR/Strategy)
Competencies: Excellent communication skills in English (Oral and written) Functional knowledge of at least two Indian languages will be very useful Research capability and experience in conducting research studies. Knowledge of statistical tools (eg., SPSS) and data analysis. An interest in and flair for technical writing. Experience or skills in creating PR materials for different stakeholder groups (eg. presentations, expert summaries, infographics, blog posts etc.). Confidence to interact with various stakeholders independently. Experience or skills in office administration and project management.
Remuneration & Allowances: Remuneration Rs.22,000/- per month, Telephone allowance of Rs.300/- per month.
Age Limit: Maximum Age Limit as on last date of application: 35 years.
