Executive Assistant – Case Centre
Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: The candidate should be an MBA or an equivalent Master’s degree with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities. Some experience related to marketing, and selling executive programs or professional services to corporate clients is desirable. A good knowledge of Excel, Access, and other computer-related tasks is essential. The candidate should have at-least two years of relevant experience.
Desirable Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Knowledge of Computers including MS-Office applications, Web applications etc. Any exposure to writing & editing related work will be a plus.
Age: Max.35 years (as on October 31, 2016).
Clerical Assistants (Faculty/General)
Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: Candidate should be a Graduate with minimum second class in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution with minimum two years’ of experience. For the post of Assistant to Administrative Departments preference may be given to Commerce/Science/IT Graduates . Preference may be given to the candidates having Certificate/Diploma in Inventory Management/Financial Accounting/Computer Applications.
Other Skill Requirements: Excellent common sense.Excellent communication skill. Excellent positive aptitude . Very good English language skills (ability to read, speak and write), Very Good typing speed / skills .Very good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and other related software like Inventory, Accounting, Pay Roll, HR etc. Candidates having knowledge of Stenography in English may be given preference for the post of Clerical Assistant to Faculty members.
