Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIM Udaipur) invites applications for the position Executive
Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIMU) is looking for bright Graduates / Post-Graduates for the role of "Executive – Learning and Development" purely on a contract basis for a period of two years initially and renewable based on the performance and needs of the Institute of the position:
1. Position: Executive – Learning and Development
2. No of posts: 1 (one)
3. Educational and other qualifications: MBA from a reputed institute or Post Graduation in HR/Training and Development/ Psychology.
4. Desirable qualification: Certification in any psychometric tool/e-learning platform and practices will be an added advantage.
5. Experience:
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience with strong communication skills and keen to engage people with proven people management skills Preference to prior experience of working in the education sector (optional)
6. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Understand the recruiter’s need and propose a learning solution
b. Plan annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with the Head of L&D function
c. Should be able to work with the student committee in driving plans finalized at the start of the academic schedule
d. Ensure that the content and context of all materials remain current and relevant to the industry and the academic session
7. Consolidated remuneration: As per industry standards.
