Job Description
Institute invites applications from Indian nationals having excellent academic record for the following position purely on temporary and contractual basis under the funded project
1. Name of the post: Office Assistant/ Number of posts 01 (One)
2. Project title: Maharashtra Gene Bank Programme Funding agency Rajiv Gandhi Science & Technology Commission, Government of Maharashtra. Project Code 32214135
3. Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience: Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of administrative experience at the level of Assistant or equivalent post in management of grants / projects.
4. Preference Candidates having knowledge of Accounts / Admin work in research & education Institutes; good communication and inter-personal skills; knowledge of computerized work environment, hands on experience of using MS-Office, ERP software, PFMS module will be preferred.
5. Job requirements Incumbent is expected to support the administrative management of research projects Tenure of the appointment Upto March 31, 2022 extendable further based on continuation of the project and satisfactory performance of the incumbent.
6. Consolidated emoluments Rs. 30,000/- per month
